These terms and condition apply to all web sites within the after dark group and all web sites owned or run the after dark network, by accepting or joining membership to any after dark web site you are accepting our terms and conditions laid out on this page and you are legally bound by these conditions, which include any information or files including photographs that you submit, email or upload to any of our sites.

By uploading a file/photo to after dark you give permission for the owners of after dark to publish your file/photo in any of their projects or publications. You release all rights to the file/photo, and give full permission to AfterDark and its associates to use and publish the file/photo in anyway they wish. You will receive no money or credits for the file being used in any such way.

This is a UK website.

We are based in the EU.

All models were shot in the UK.

All models were 18 or older at time of shoot.

All Models signed model release forms and provided relevant ID.

All model documents are held securely.

All documents are under UK law, especially regarding acts such as the data protection act. As such documents will only be released to those persons who have a legal right to them, and have documentation to prove this.

"In compliance with the Federal Labelling and Record-Keeping Law (also known as 18 U.S.C. 2257), all models located within our domain were 18 years of age or older during the time of photography. All models' proof of age is held by the custodian of records, which is listed below, organized by producer.   All content and images are in full compliance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and associated regulations."
