These terms and condition apply to all web sites within the after dark group and all web sites owned or run the after dark network, by accepting or joining membership to any after dark web site you are accepting our terms and conditions laid out on this page and you are legally bound by these conditions, which include any information or files including photographs that you submit, email or upload to any of our sites.

By uploading a file/photo to after dark you give permission for the owners of after dark to publish your file/photo in any of their projects or publications. You release all rights to the file/photo, and give full permission to AfterDark and its associates to use and publish the file/photo in anyway they wish. You will receive no money or credits for the file being used in any such way.

Our Commitment To Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested."We do not collect any customer information. The name The After Dark Group, all graphics, coding and text on all After Dark  sites, are sole property of The After Dark Group and cannot be reproduced without consent of The After Dark Group.

If your email address changes you must inform The After Dark Group of the change. If your internet provider reports that your address no longer exists then The After Dark Group may subsequently close your account, resulting in loss of your membership. The After Dark Group have the right to cancel any account at any given time if deemed necessary. After Dark membership is subject to the approval of The After Dark Group. We retain the right to refuse/cancel membership at any time.

By submitting your details and any content to us, you are transferring copyright, and allowing us to use the information you have supplied on any After Dark or associated web site

Minimum age of any member of The After Dark Group shall be at least 18 years of age, or appropriate legal age of your country, but not less than 18.

Abusive behaviour of any member to another member will automatically result in closure of account. The After Dark Group takes no responsibility for content of any messages posted on The After Dark Forums or results from subsequent meetings/contacts between members.

We use comprehensive ip tracking and logging software, any members found sharing passwords to any of the group sites or forums will be banned and not eligible for any kind of refund.

Any complaints are to be sent to support@afterdark-group who will deal with the matter accordingly. Please note, the automatic mail server stores copies of all mail sent through itself for archive and complaints purposes.

The After Dark Group take no responsibility of the content of the adverts or pictures submitted to The After Dark Group and the legality of said pictures/postings is the responsibility of the member concerned. We also reserve the right to edit any advert we deem necessary. We also reserve the right to use any text/pictures submitted for advertising purposes, whilst maintaining the anonymity of our clients.

All monies paid to The After Dark Group are non-refundable. Whilst we will endeavour to process all applications / complaints within a 48hour period, this may not be so due to operating constraints and email delivery delays, and The After Dark Group takes no responsibility for this whatsoever. Once electronic passwords are issued they can not be refunded or reversed and you are legally bound by these conditions entering or joining as a member any after dark site

Membership to our forums is included in all after dark memberships, standard forum terms and conditions apply and forum membership is limited to certain forums until such time as the member has completed a trial period and made a required number of posts.  Any members submitting photos to our forums do so at their own risk and we can not guarantee to remove any photos submitted from our forums in less than a 12 month period. We will however remove any photos after a 12 month period as soon as the system will allow. By submitting your photos to after dark you transfer all copyright and give us full permission to use your photos on any after dark website.

If a customer of After Dark, Inc. issues a chargeback, and the chargeback is over turned, the customer will pay for the product that he/she originally ordered, plus the customer will pay the maximum fee allowed by law. The customer of After Dark, Inc. will be held liable for any damages that may result from the false information that is given to After Dark, Inc., or any of its associated parties. The customer will pay any legal fees that After Dark, Inc. will incur as a result of any legal action After Dark, Inc. may take against the customer.
